Mommy daughter date

i took Clare to the "Mommy and me valentine tea party" at A.C Gilbert's discovery village on Friday. Unfortunately, they did not have the ingredients available for the cookies, so we ended up not participating in tea time. BUT, the day wasn't a total loss, because this is one fun place! This is Clare in the shadow freezing room. You stand against the wall and wait for the flash and it takes a picture of your shadow! She thought it was pretty amazing.

You walk through the mouth into the rest of the body! Cool huh?

Here she is inside of the stomach. They have a whole exhibit about the human body once you are inside.

She got to the top of this giant chair, only to panic and and say "Mommy, help!!"

They have a HUGE play structure there for running and climbing. She was in heaven, burning up energy like only a 2 year old can!

This was my favorite room. I think it has something to do with heat, but I really have no idea how it works.

Clare really liked "grocery shopping". Anything that makes her feel independent is a hit with Clare!
