SUGAR

SUGAR IS EVIL!  Sugar is in everything. I am failing miserably at my goal to stop eating sugar. Seriously, this is ridiculous. it all started when not 2 days after I state my resolve to quit eating it that my in- laws, bless their hearts, decided to take us to a place called Jakes to get a chocolate bag. If you've never heard of this, you should google it...YUM. I was doomed. How am I supposed to say no to a gourmet dessert??? Since then, I've pretty much quit trying. Not binging, just not caring. UGH!

So, here I go again. I am DONE with sugar. I don't want to allow it every now and then, I never want to eat it again! I have to learn to say NO, even to a chocolate bag, or brownies, or parties with lots of treats. NO MORE SUGAR! I am going to learn some sugar free baking recipes, that way I can have a goody, and not feel guilty. Hopefully I am not biting off more than I can chew...So to speak.
