The beach

We spent Sunday at the coast with Daniel family. His twin brother is in town with his wife Jana so I felt there were 2 Daniels' all day. It's interesting. We've been having lots of fun since Daniel got home. We went crabbing on Saturday night. Clare really liked to look at the crabs. Only look! She would not touch them,
Daniel also tried to go clamming, but he had Clare with him, so he couldn't really do it. every time he tried to get one, she would say "help! I'm stuck!" So, he pretty much got really dirty for 1 clam and he was digging her out of the mud instead of clams.
Here is the big crab we got....and had to throw back. It's a female. We were pretty bummed out. But we did end up getting a large male later on. Just one....
We spent the day on the beach on Sunday. I let the kids play and run and get really dirty. It was wonderful!

Clare was soooo exhausted. We woke her up so we could go out to dinner, but she was sick and couldn't quite handle being awake.
