Well, my Monday started out with a puking daughter.Although I must say, I have had much worse puking experiences than today's. Even still, it set my day off on the wrong note. Clare actually made a quick recovery, and has been fine the rest of the day, eating and playing. Me on the other hand, feeling lazy today.
In my opinion, it all starts on Sunday. Sunday is the day we just hang around the house, everybody home, and usually bored. Boredom results in messes. The house basically gets thrashed on Sundays. Now, my house is a mess on Monday morning, the day I get back to business.Well, today I just couldn't hack it! I basically shut down and let the kids make one mess on top of the other. I entertained myself, they entertained each other. Not good. I have a point to my rambling! I am going to snap out of it now, before I have a 3 day mess. After the kids go to sleep, it's go time for Mom! I am normally a productive person in the day time. I don't watch T.V, I limit myself on the computer, and I keep the house clean. (remember my goal to be more organized?) Anyway, tomorrow, I should be able to report a productive day, in which I am a good Mom, and my house is back to normal. I hate feeling like I accomplished nothing in the day...I can still salvage my evening, and start Tuesday off with a bang!!!
In all realty people, I live in an 1100 square foot apartment. I hate to say that I am making a mountain out of a mole hill, but seriously, a few hours of cleaning up and organizing, and tomorrow will be great. Today I can definitely feel thankful that I don't have a big house! (not that I wouldn't take one in a heart beat!)
